Which models are you looking for? There's some droid 3do's floating around, along with some skins, somewhere.

To my knowledge, no Episode II 3dos have been released for public use. If you're looking for skins, you might find them in existing mods, although you would need the acknowledgment of the author. If you're looking for objects, you could find them in other formats on websites, and convert them to 3do.

I suggest that you make them yourself.
