object frames

I'm trying to get an object to move from frame to frame, and I've checked all the values 20 times, but it still messes up on how it's moving.

When it starts moving the object moves in the right direction, but it rotates the opposite of how it should. Then when it reaches the end frame its not facing the right direction it should be. and as soon as it stops moving it suddenly jumps to the position it should be.
I've checked the frames, all the negatives, made sure the 1st frame was the same as the objects real position, I just don't get it.
If it helps, I'm changing pitch, yaw, roll, and the y axis (that would be jed's y-axis for all you who like to use JKEdit. it's the same as JKEdits labled z-axis)

I'm not sure, but I remember something about frames and rotation. I think it's better to use the Rotate cog verbs for the rotation, and use the frames for position translation solely.

really?
so use the MoveToFrame verb AND the Rotatepivot? ok, I'll try it, but it doesn't sound too good cause the movetoframe works on a speed and the rotatepivot works on a time limit.
