Can anyone tell me the best looking/feeling saber mod.(sabers look most realistic, good gamplay) for MotS. I would decide for myself but I am a NOOB at these mods and I would also like an explanation on installation for the specific mod. (I read the installation guide on the site, and i still cant get the mods to work :( so step by step instuctions would be nice)

Thanks

eh, people seem to enjoy SBX.

(and use Patch Commander for these types of mods.)

(for SP or MP levels, put the level in your episode dir. (??))

Ok I actually meant Jedi Knight not MOTS but there is a SABERX for Jedi Knight also. So, what exactly does Patch Commander do? And what do I do when I get it?

Install it? Then execute it? And maybe, but only if you feel very smart, read the manual that comes with it?
It provides a GUI for managing your JK/MotS mods. They must be in gob/goo format, and can then be dragged into the Patch Commander window. Double click a mod in the list to activate it, then click on the "Run JK" button (you must start JK through Patch Commander).

indeed..

and I thought SBX worked with JK. Is it only MotS?

Look for an author named Rod-Wan. There's an Untold Stories mod or something. It's actually pretty cool (and better sabers, I think).

Ok, thanks for helping me... I guess. Sorry if I sounded stupid. I also have another duh question. If I use a mod like saber x can I play people online who dont have saber x? Also, if I have saber x installed can I still play the game without saberx?

EDIT: Nevermind, I understand it completely. Patch commander rules!!!
