"Fun3DO is a program that will let you import meshes from various 3D file formats, and Jed Sectors, and then compose them into one Jedi Knight 3DO file."

Never used it. I use JOKE for assembling 3dos if I have to. Found here http://www.jkhub.net/library/index.php/Tools:JOKE

If you need to convert different file formats to 3do, I suggest milkshape.
