Well, well, my fellow Massassioples.
I recently got a new monitor that's like 22" widescreen and 1680x1050 so after stuff I decided to capture some video footage from my old MotS project Fraps. However, no matter what resolution I use there, the videos end up being totally purple and weird, not to mention having aspect ratios from hell.
I assumed it had something to do with my monitor first, but then I tried capturing some footage from Deus Ex and it worked perfectly. Then I switched off 3D acceleration from JK and it recorded it perfectly as well. So I guess it has something to do with JK's acceleration mode blahdy blah.
Anyone know a fix? Anyone tried Frapsing MotS footage lately?
