Hey, anyone here ever edit DukeNukem3D?

Remember those canisters you could shrink to invisibility and set the up to make really cool explosions? I was thinking, is it posible to make a ghost 3do that using a templete item could be set to explode if anywhere near an explosion?

I think it is possible but I don't have Duke Nukem so you need to tell me does teh explosion only work once or does it explode every time you get near it?

You can edit the user.con defs.con and game.con in duke3d
with a txt file
you can do loads its great!

just have a cog that registers a damaged message and checks the type of damage
And meanwhile the bus with legs has destroyed half of disneyland . . . and nobody cares!

I'm talking about JK....

it would be like those power things in Dark Forces that blew up, but these would be invisible, and thier sole perpos would be to make cool explosions by seting up a bunch of them near each other...

Well, last night I tryed to do it, but I couldn't get the things to not blow up when I went near them.... I used a copy of the sequencer templet...
