I have downloaded some 3dos from Massassi, but I dont know how to put them in. I read the tutorial that says to add them with the Template Creator. Ok, I've done that, but they dont show up. Someone posted a message a little way down about 3dos disappearing. So I tried moving them to a bigger sector. Now, I go into Jedi Knight, and it loads, but when I am supposed to appear at the Walkplayer, the screen goes blank and I have to reboot. What is going on here?

check f10 see if it says all 3dos are in a sector

Been there, done that. I always check my resource checker. The 3dos are in the sector... but the screen is blank

It's most likely a problem with your template. In particular look at what parent template you are using. Also it might be a case where it just can't find the 3do - make sure it's in the right subdirectory of your project directory.

Which subdirectory might that be? Also, do I have to load a parent template when I insert it using Template Creator? The 3do is Markpillar, one that I got off of Massassi. I love it, but I cant get it to work...

Yes - you need to add the parent template when you are in the template creator. Look at the templates tutorials here at Massassi - one of them discusses all the different parent templates.

The directory is a subdirectory called 3do in your project directory.
