it doesnt even START loading...

Consistancy Checker IS clear, STOP BUGGING ME!

It may have something to do wit the fact that i tried to use rbots and decided it was too much trouble\space, so i deleted all of its files (3dos, master.tpl[got a freash one] cogs, items.dat) from my project directory.

any advise?

I'm not sure, for one thing if you had anything else besides the rbots added to the templates that's not in the fresh one it might be looking for something.

What else can cause that... make sure you have a walkplayer and make sure everything is ok in the episode editor.
