How can I rotate 3dos on the y axis? If I need further help I'll post a reply saying what I need help with. Thanx.

That depends. Are you trying to rotate a 3do around inside a level? For that change the roll, pitch, and yaw settings in the item editor. If you're making the 3do - what Heb said.
