How do i change a .pup file?
2001-01-26, 2:48 PM #1
I've got the walkplayer as an at-st, but in 3rd person mode, when i select a weapon, it looks very stupid, i was told that I had to change something in the .pup, what would this be???
I am lost and could care less if someone finds me.

Considering how much stuff you're doing with this AT-ST thing, if you haven't d'led the JKspecs yet, drop everything, go to Code Alliance, and get it.

You can open pups in a text editor. It's one of the easiest files to work with. Virtually all it is is a listing of the actor's actions(walking, swimming, etc.), and the corresponding key file it will play through when in that situation.

Actually, I think the key animations for drawing weapons in 3rd person are actually caused from within that weapon's cog.
