Ah Crap! I Deleted a Surface and..

Hi all

I deleted a surface and I got that strange effect called Homing(?!?). I dont remember how I have deleted it, probably a mistake. Now How can I restore this Surface? Plz help me because I have nearly finished the level and I didnt want to redo it again. The surface is part of a Extruded window and its the front one. I tried to delete the extrude but then show only a hole with no surface.

If it's too late to use the undo command (which it probably is) the only thing I can think of is to delete the sector that the surface was deleted in and remake that sector from scratch.
