3do modelling technique (in JED)

I was just wondering how you peoples went about modelling 3do's in JED. I have tried to create a player model but to my annoyance I always end up with non-planar surfaces which cause mny problems. Suffice to say I'm looking for another way to make 3do's and by the way the planerize feature always ends mucks things up.

Hmm, if you're desperate, try cleaving any non-planar surfaces into triangles. That should work [http://216.105.160.32/html/smile.gif]

Player models should always be made of all triangles. Its way too easy to get errors other wise. Player models aren't exactly the easiest things to make, either. I think most people who make them use a professional program (Lightwave, 3dsmax). I'm not really an expert on 3dos. You might also try Joke.
