Define a secret? If you're just talking about an area that pops up the you have entered a secret area message (and gets counted in the number of secret areas you've been in in an sp level) it's just a cog.

no like the ones the u can walk through a wall and u find a secret. is there any tutorials for that?

Select the surface. Press enter to bring up the item editor if it is not already up. Double click on the text box next to the word GEO. A box will pop up. Select the fourth item down labeled Draw Textured.

Or just change the geo on the surface you want to appear solid to 4.

I use JkEdit, But, all really, is choose "Draw Texture" as your template.

When you extrude your surface select on the left side of the dialogue box "new sector (hidden)"

Consider if you want to use such a secret. I think that secrets where you walk through a solid wall is annoying, unless they are placed very skillfully.
