3do problems, why a little box?

I've been trying to implement a 3do into a level. But, whenever I test the level, the 3do turns into a little default textured box. WHY!?! It looked fine in 3d preview!!!

I'm not sure but it could be a problem with the template or it could have to many surfaces.
Gravity isn't MY fault--I voted for velcro.

There's a maximum number of surfaces per mesh. Split it up into more meshes and it should be OK.

check to see if your are using any solid color mats.

I put the answer to that on my web site. Unfortunately it's down with the Massassi server switch. The firsth thing I would check is to make sure the 3do and all its associated files (mats, cogs, etc) are in the right subfolders in your project directory.

Ok, are you clicking on save JKL and test? If so then try gob'ing it and start up normal JK and run your level like that.
