has anyone ever relesaed a pack of all the various ships that were never used in MOTS but were included on the Disc? Such as the Blue A-Wing, T-Wings, Tugs, VCSD, and the like?

Look under files, 3dos. They're not the ones from MOTS, but they work just as well (or better).

Goz Studios (the link Home_Sliced gave) has some very nice ship models. All the starfighters generally have red markings though.

I made several of the alternate texture starships from MotS (Awings, Twings, Ywings, and Z95s) and posted them at my website. Unfortunately it's down with the server switch.

If you want to use the models that are already in the game but never got used (tug and red Twing for example) all you need to do is use Jed's template creator to make a new template with them.
