The only file types that can't be opened in a text editor are Goo/Gob files and .san files. Even a jkl can be opened in Wordpad.

If you're editing pup files you might also want to edit key files (pup files just point to key files). For that a lot of people here use pupet jedi.

.pup files are fairly easy to edit...

but if you REALLY want a .pup editor im in the process of creating a .pup editor to make it even easier....
