How do u install .bms? I cant. When i insert them they do SQUAT! HELP ME!

You have to put them in the ui/bm folder of your project directory. Then, there are two possible options:

SP Method:
Put the Goo file in it's own folder in the JK or MotS folder(not episode). Edit a .bat file to point to that folder.

MP Method:
Put the Goo in Patch Commander.
