ok, i've downloaded the recent version of JED and I get constant errors and I have to restart.
i'm running Windows ME.

why does JED hate me? anybody?

I've heard of other people having problems running Jed on ME. I don't know why or if that's what's causing your problem though.

i didn't start having problems until i installed ME...
although apparently some people have no problem whatsoever with JED and ME

I got ME and JED and have not had a single problem yet, besides editing problems of course...

i have ME and when i do 3d preview none of the "thing objects" show up, so i have to use my old 450 to make lvls now

That's the only problem you're having with editing with ME? That's the most irrelevant reason to ditch your good PC for.

I'm running P133 w/ 24 MB RAM. Suffice it to say, I only view things in 3d preview when it's absolutely, positively neccessary(which is extremely rare). You really don't need it for placing 95% of 3dos.
