"Revival" of the DF Stouker Concussion Rifle

Okay, I'm working to recreate the Dark Forces Stouker Concussion Rifle for the Dark Revival pack (which is coming along beautifully I might add). Now there's 2 things bugging me...

a) I'm trying to get the projectile right. I want the projectile to only explode on world floors, not walls or things. The projectile I'm using is the basic +concbullet template, with the following adjustments:

move changed to physics
Mass added
Air drag added
Buoyancy added
Surface drag added

Now, are there any suggestions on how to achieve the desired effect?

b) the powerup for the new Conc Rifle appears, but 4 surfaces are transparent, i.e. they don't show up. They are flagged Geo 4, are convex, planar, and valid. No face type flags added. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help, always

Hmm. Usually surfaces aren't shown because they are invalid, but that, I guess, is not the case. Try making sure that there are no redundant verticies, i.e.:
*------*-----*
This means that there should be no verticies in the middle of a straight line. The correct way to have the above example would be:
*------------*
Capitalization
Commas
Periods
Question Marks
Apostrophes
Confusable Words
Plague Words
