Is it possible to have walkplayers move around on frames and still work so that I could make a UT-style assault level that had the spawn points moving forward?

i suggest you just try it with one walkplayer. kill yourself and look if the respawn location has changed.

You will randomly respawn at any walkplayers that are in the level.

Your best bet is to make a cog that, once you reach a certain point, will destroy the existing walkplayer(s) and create new ones at ghost positions.
