Ok. I'm trying to help set up a mod. I need to make it so the models that a person has in his 3do folder do not appear in character selection in mod, only the models in the .gob file. how do you do that exactly? I've seen this done in DBZ 3.0

do u mean the skins? so people cant use the skins (like bfp?) with your mod?
for that you need to either use the basic models.dat (if your not adding skins)
or make your own (if your adding skins)

I made my own models.dat, but when I use Patch Commander to activate I still have access to my BFP skins when making a new character. I want it so you can only choose the skins in the mod, but it won't accept my models.dat

are you putting in in misc? because thats probably the problem
