I need to know from some advanced editors on how you can cleave lighting, if you can.

Well, the first step is understanding how the Jedi Knight lighting method works. Basically when you make a light, it has to search for a vertex within its radius. When it finds a vertex it lights it up, and whatever cleave is following it will cary the light. It's a bit like surfing in that matter. To "Cleave Light" you can either download the VERY effective but VERY slow plugin, or you can simply make cleaves from the vertex your light is coming from.

Yea, dont use the cleave light plugin for jed ... it still needs some work ... and whats funny is, just last week i was asking the same question. I havent mastered it yet but hes right ... you have to look at the vertices of the sector ... thats where the light stops is at the line from vertice to vertice.
