need help with a MP level

I have just started editing and have created a small no-brainer DM level to experiment. My level loads fine when i am the host, there are no bugs or problems that i see. But when someone trys to join the game they get a message something like

"File ?????? in use or corrupted, this file may already be in use"

does anyone no what my problem is?

This may sound like a really dumb question, but.. Do they have the level? The only time I've ever seen that message is when I didn't have the level..

Like Slug said - make sure everyone playing has the gob/goo file in their episodes directory.
