How can i convert a map from Jk to MOTS?!!!

Open it up in Jed. In the top right corner there will be a tab that says JK. Double click on it and it will change to MotS. Then save your project. You may also need to extract some mats/ 3dos/ etc from JK that are not already on the MotS cd.
