Whenever i use Puppet Jedi. no matter what i do, it always always always gives me the message "Invalid Floating Point Operation". This is really annoying me does any one know how to stop this?

Check to see that all of the textures are intheir correct folder (i.e. the /mat subfolder of the directory the 3do you're puppeting is in), amke sure that the 3do mesh is set as one of the key's nodes. I run into that problem occasionally, usually because of one of these two problems.

I think it may be an internal error within PJEDI. I have experienced this problem. The error is Floating Point Division by Zero. That is an internal error. any number divided by zero is undefined.
