To define my problem more clearly when I save my level it seems to seem ok but when i click on the file to load it just loads the new level screen

When you click on what file? Are you using Jed's 'Save JKL and test' command. Most people will advise you not to. It can be kinda buggy sometimes. If you are using it, make sure you're clicking on the previously unseen 'DeBug' option in the top left corner of the screen.

Check your Episode Editor. Your problem is likely to be made there. Also, is this for MP or SP? Make sure you define it properly in the Episode Editor.
