Fun3DO/JED screws joints up

I was editing the ky.3do to make some stiff guys for some secrets in my mod. I would take the 3do, mess around with the joints and make them in different places. But when I load it into JED, a random joint will move to a totally different position. Can anyone explain this?

What version of Jed are you using? That problem was supposed to be fixed in v.95
