Mat issue.
2001-05-08, 4:26 AM #1
I have completed my level, besides lighting and a few custom mats.
WHen I playtest the level, my custom mats come up as dflt.mat.
I imported another mat to make sure it was proper dimensions, then erased it, pinted thenew mat, and saved it as something else, INTO the project directory. Still, there remains this issue.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Put your mats in a "mat" subdirectory within your project directory.

When you get the defalut mat or (for a 3do) a box covered in the defalut mat, it usually means that the game can't find what is supposed to be there. In this case you can create a mat subdirectory of your project directory and put the new mat in there. Or you could just run the JK Tree pluggin that comes with Jed and it will do it for you.
