Please excuse this naive question, but HOW DO YOU PUT MORE THAT ONE SINGLE PLAYER LEVEL INTO ONE GOB FILE?!? I CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!!! thank you...

1. Put them all into one project folder.
2. In the episode editor you have to add the jkl files for all the levels.
3. Use the goto A and goto B buttons (if its just one level directly to another all you will need is the goto A button) to tell it which level to go to when you finish each level.

I've never actually done it, so there may be a couple of details missing. That's basically what you need to do though.

As long as you configure the episode editor correctly, all of the levels will be compiled into the gob when you compile it, regardless of which level is currently loaded by JED.
