I would really appreciate it if someone could make me, or show me where to get, a Blaster Rifle 3do like the ones used by the Rebel soldiers on Hoth for my up-and-coming level, because I really stink at making 3do's.

I haven't seen one. You might look at the guns General Ramos has been showing off in the showcase forum though.
