I'm not quite sure but there is this Smacker program, go to the tutorials and go to the Smacker FAQ and that should be very helpful.

Thanks. Looks like a VERRRRRRRY nice program. The people who made it are just... well way above me. I write programs, but not 1/10000000000 as good as that... wow...

Read the tutorial here at Massassi on MotS style Cutscenes. The technique works for JK too.
