How do i go about makeing my own coustom mats? Im new at JED, yet i cant make my own coustom mats to texture my levals, How do i make them?

Use an art program to make a bitmap (programs such as Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop work well). Then follow Massassi's tutorials to convert the bitmap to a MAT. You'll also need the program MatMaster in order to convert it.

To make a standard JK mat all you need to do it to make a bmp that is 256 colors and a size such as 64x64. Then use matmaster/mat16 to make the bmps into mats. If you want to make a mat thats more than 256 colors, make your bmp however you'd like it and then use mat16 to make it into a 16bit mat.
