Thermal Detonator crashes my level

Everytime I Throw a Thermal Detonaor (and when it explodes)the game crashes. well it dosent crash, it kinda exits from Jedi Knight. why is that?

seems to be a problem I had a while back since I changed video cards, I bet if you gob the level and play it while connected to the internet you wont experience the problem.
otherwise run consistency checker to check for errors in your level, and check to see if you used any solid colored mats that need the geo changed to 3
