I'm guessing English isn't your first language. It should be "good level" not "well level".

What kind of information are you looking for - level design tips or more "how to edit" kinds of things? Are you making single player or multi player levels?

Anyway, if you want to make good levels in JED, follow these basic steps: (In this order)
1)Get JED.
2)Read through The Basics until they make sense.
3)Read The Tutorials.
4)Practice and expirement until you get good. This step takes forever.(Literally)
