Objects not showing up

I'm working on this level and none of the objects in my level will show up. actually, the only objects I have in it so far are some walkplayers and mutliple identicle 3dos that I created. Obviously the walkplayers won't show up, but I do not see any of my tables. Please tell we what could cause this!

Hit F10 to bring up the consistency checker. Fix any problems listed there.

What parent template did you use when you made the new 3do's template?

Yah, I used the consistancy checker, all it's getting mad at is a pyradid sector in which two vertexes are in the same spot, but that wouldn't make a difference in 3dos... and as fer the parent, I used decor I think..

Ok, as I browse through every custom 3do creation tutorial I can find, I realize I'm not assigning the parent template right.. can ya please help me! lol... when I use the "quick and dirty template creater" in JED, I try to type in "_walkstruct" for the parent temp, but it won't let me. I have to choose one, so I try to choose one and that brings me to the recource picker, from which I can only select objects, I can't just select "_walkstruct!!" Someone please help me out I'm like gonna wrap this mouse cord around my neck untill I quit moving!! argghh!...

LOL. It's there man. Honestly. I use it all of the time. After you double-click the parent box, you will find it in the box somewhere. Just keep looking!

Use the *_* limiter in the resource picker to find it more easily.

In the resource picker you can find it under Templates at the top of the little list on the left, you won't find it under Doors/Elev etc.

I'm almost positive you're not anywhere near this stupid, but in the item's (if some are items) specs is sector set in the correct sector? Some items when first placed default to nowhere (-1).

Drunken_squrits, that would have shown up in the consistency checker.
