I am trying to make a 3do mat, and I want to make the black area surrounding the mat to be transparent so that I get my desired effect. Matmaster garbles the retarded thing, so can I manually assign only black to be transparent?

1. Matmaster doesn't do 16 bit mats. You have to get Mat16 from http://outpostd34.gamestats.com/

2. Transparency in 16 bit mats is very buggy. Most people can't get it to work at all. It's so bad the transparency function was taken completely out of the newest version of Mat16.
