How can I do to create a button that you press to be teleported to other place of the level?

How can I do to create an hologram like the hologram in MOTS when you press a button?

Look in the cog section of Massassi. There is a teleporter cog you can download.

I don't know what you mean by "the hologram in MOTS", but if you want something to appear when you hit a button you need to use a cog. Pretty much all the special effects (doors, elevators, things appearing, etc) are done with cogs.
