I opened up BMut, saved all the stats BM's as bmp's, then modified them, saved them as the same BM's, put them in my MOD WHY OH WHY WONT IT WORK!!
what am I missing?

Ok, if you are getting an error message, that's because you are saving the BM's in the 16bit format. Gotta B 8 bit for menu screens bud. If they just aren't showing up, just make sure they are in the correct directory.

As you probably already know, BM's need to be in the UI directory of your project directory. For anything in the UI folder to appear in game, you have to use an alternate method of launching or patching the goo/gob they're in.

1. You could run it through Patch Commander.

2. Or, put the gob in it's own folder in the base directory(C:\Jedi Knight\YourLevel), and launch it with a .bat file.
