Okay i made a 3do with lots of Strmtrprs in a skiff and put it in my level. but instead of showing the 3do it showed a tiny grey box (MOTS) using what looked like DFLT.MAT. im not sure but it might be the fact that it has a lot of sectors in the 3do...anyways if anyone knows why that would happen plz reply this thread

I have never had that problem myself. I had one were the game glitched once you selected the weapon. Anyway.... I am not quite sure. I am guessing it is just file name problems. Make absolutly positive that the filenames are correct and all. Lata! Someone else can prolly help if that isn't it.

MY 3do DID THAT ONCE!!!!!

i fixed it by saving the 3do outside of the Jed directory ... deleting all files that was related to that 3do and re-opened it in JED and then saved it as a TEMP.

There are several posibilities. Here's the most common:

1. You have more than 300 surfaces per mesh.
2. You don't have the 3do or a mat it uses in the right part of your project directory.
