I've been working on a 3do of a ship I made, and I would like to tecture it with custom Mats.. I know how to make mats, my only problem is I don't know how to make the mats the right size so they will fit my ship! Can anyone give me any hints?

It doesn't have to be exactly the right size. The mats can be stretched out to whatever you need them to be. Change the U and V scales of your mat.
Gravity isn't MY fault--I voted for velcro.

Yeah I know I can stretch them but then they end up looking.. well.. stretched... what I mean is if I draw a circular bolt on a square mat, then stretch it to fit a rectangular nose, then the bolt's going to look oliptical instead of circular.. I would like to draw the mats to fit at a U/V scale of 1/1.
