I made a custom mat and want to animate it ... but i dont know how ... and the tutorial doesnt help because the game already knows what extra frames to put on one of its mats ... i need a cog like that but where you tell it what mats to cycle....

You would have to create a new cog. For that please post in the cog forum.

Here's another option, take the existing mats you want to use and turn them into different frames for a new mat.

In MatMaster there is a button you can hit to activate the cell menu. It's below and to the right of the transparency button.
