I cant believe this.... its so weird. When I created my mat it looked fine in jed/pjedi/joke but when I put it ingame it looked crazy!! (Pic below)
And yes I do have a 3d card (geforce2 MX) and all my other 16bit mats work.

I have tried to compile the mat in both mat 0.4b and 0.5b but both get that ugly effect.

Something is wrong with the model, not the texture... try it with only dflt.mat

Ok. I just tested it with the dflt.mat and it works fine.
