I wonder how to view the .san-movies like in Mysteries of the Sith /
Shadows Of the EMpire-CD?

I don't know how to actually view them, but on the MotS CD there is a GOO file, with a name that's something like 'cutscenes.' Extract (with conman or cage) the jkl files from that, and open it in a level editor such as JKedit (recommended) or JED. This way, you can still see the cogs they use.
