I edited the Yun skin 3do (in jed) and when i test it, the bottom of his legs are in the floor! Why? i tried moving it up but that made the keyframes screw up, how do i fix this?

Open the modified 3do up in a text editor and change the "insert offset" setting. If that's not it, it could be a problem with the bounding box in the template.
