3do probs

I got problems with some my3dos: I did the templates well and I can see the 3dos in the 3d preview.. but... when I try the level there is just a little dflted box instead of the object.
I tried even to Save JKL and Test and Gob then test inside JK but it dodn't change.
Please HEEELP MEEE

How many surfaces did your 3do have?
Did you reload the templates?
What mats are on your 3do?
