if you have paint shop pro or anything, if you just want to make it simple, you can just use gradients and use the same gradient mat over and over in different ways.
*Hint* you might want to add a trigger *Hint*

Thanks MikeC I'll try that and I know there isn't a trigger it's not completely finished yet. This is just an outline of what it's going to be.
