When i make doors, when the door is up, and you look at the place where the dor goes when it is up, it is all choppy because the surface of the door 3do and the surface of the door jam are in the same place at the same time. what can i do to fix this?

1. Are you sure you want a door jam on that side? make sure the doors sector includes space for it to move to when it opens.
2. Move the door's open frame so it is farther back into the wall and no longer overlaps the door jam surface.
