Lighting unit is ,it says in the advanced lighting tutourial 2 ,=simply place a Lighting unit in the level .

And please can you tell me how to make lava or water deadly to go in please .

What the Jepster was reffering to was that little yellow dot in the middle of your level.

Press the 'L' key to switch to the lighting mode, and drag that item to the sector where you need it. Then press 'Ctrl + L' to calculate the lighting.

You might need to turn off 'Fully lit' in your 3d preview to see the effects.
