My weapon (a pole) is fine in 1st person view. But in 3rd person view it comes out behind kyle. The hand is on the pole but it is behind him. Any idea's on how I can fix this

Sounds like an error with the nodes. I haven't seen this one before myself, but I know a lot of people here have.
