ok, call me stupid, but I went from editing JK to MotS and the "save jkl and test" doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? which cd do I need in there? Yes it's saved as a mots project and yes the options have mots pointing to the right directory and folder.

Make sure no batch files (*.bat) exist in your project directory.
